Join the Lake Ridge Chorale!
We hold auditions twice a year, in January and September.
Our audition process is simple and there is no need to bring a prepared piece. There will be a warm-up, which helps to determine the range of the singer as well as quality and tone. There is also a pitch matching section where the singer is asked to identify a three note sequence and sing it back. The final section is a sight reading exercise.
Audition Dates

Rehearsals, Performances & Social Events
The Lake Ridge Chorale rehearses once a week at Westminster at Lake Ridge. Rehearsals are from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Our next concert will be in late February and our annual Singers Choice concert will be in May.

The Chorale follows the guidance of public health officials and must comply with health and safety requirements of our hosts at Westminster at Lake Ridge.

On occasion, we have been asked to join other choirs for more high-profile events, including the Arlington Chorale at the Kennedy Center's Messiah sing-a-long and a performance with the Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra. These are optional for our members, and are always are great fun.

In addition to rehearsals and performances, the group gathers regularly for fundraisers, social events and our annual holiday and summer parties.
